We've designed the return steps to be as simple as possible, whilst capturing all the essential information to help you process returns and refunds quicker.

Your logo remains consistent throughout all steps, so shoppers are reassured along the journey that ReBOUND is facilitating the return on behalf of the retailer. This is especially important if your shopper pay for their return postage.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

From a step-count, it takes slightly longer for shoppers to register their return with order data because there are extra steps involved.

BUT...

This is an extremely valuable step where shoppers can indicate which items they are sending back before they even return it. So for the extra couple of minutes difference (it's actually less than that), this could trim days off your refund processing time.

The activity involved in the process where order data has been provided is also pre-populated, so the effort on your shopper's part is simply reviewing and selecting the options on-screen, rather than typing the data into the fields themselves.
