How do I track my returned parcel?

Your ReBOUND tracking number can be found by checking your ReBOUND confirmation email once you have purchased a return label.

You can track your parcel by entering your order number into the ReBOUND tracking page for an immediate update. You will also be sent further email updates at key points on your parcels journey. Please note that tracking is not available on untracked mail.

If you have chosen a drop-off service then take your parcel to the nearest and most convenient drop point. Details of your chosen return method and drop off point are in your registration email. At the drop off point, they will take the parcel from you, and provide a receipt.

If you have chosen a home collection, then your parcel will be collected by the chosen courier on the date and time you have requested.

When will I receive my refund?

For information about your refund, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the item from directly. 

When contacting the retailer please have your order number or your tracking number ready. 

You can also track your parcel via the link sent to you in your return confirmation email.

What if I do not have access to a printer?

If you don’t currently have access to a printer, you can print your label later at a time that suits you, or forward it on to someone who can print it for you.

Just make sure that you have entered your correct email address, and then check your inbox for an e-mail confirmation containing a link to access your shipping documents where you will find your printable returns label. If it’s not there, please check your junk mail folder.
