The big day is almost upon us, The Returns Revolution conference is only 2 weeks away! This inaugural event will be bringing together some of the industries top retailers, together with speakers who are absolute experts in their field to discuss the topic that should be at the top of everyones agenda: returns.
We’re firm believers that returns are an opportunity, not a problem. This is why we’ve selected speakers from a range of professional backgrounds, to make sure that no stone is left unturned, giving you a full view of the returns space.
Our aim for The Returns Revolution is to deliver knowledge, not sales pitches. There’s so much to take away from the event that we couldn’t possibly list it all. However, if you haven’t seen our latest agenda, here’s a snapshot of some of the topics that will be covered on the day:
How to Build a Business Case For Returns
Returns are notoriously under-invested, not only in monetary terms, but in time too. So, getting returns to be the topic of boardroom discussion can be a real challenge. We’ve asked Group Customer Delivery Manager at Wiggle and Chain Reaction Cycles, Doug MacGrain to share how he built his business case for returns. You'll also hear from Alistair Sercombe from N Brown Group who'll be sharing his experiences and advice for working with partners to develop an integrated returns chain.
A Deep Dive into Returns Data
For any retailer, data is king. It allows you to understand your stock, sales, delivery, and everything in between. However, one thing we’ve uncovered in our research is that retailers have a significant lack of data when it comes to returns. Over the years, we've been researching returns and helping retailers to understand the opportunities of improving the returns experience. Guests at 'The Returns Revolution' will leave with a new wealth of knowledge on returns with boatloads of educational content to explore on the day. Plus, our Director of Data Innovation, Vicky Brock, will be discussing what retailers can learn from their returns data by demonstrating ReBOUNDs new data intelligence tool, Insights.
We’ve all heard the shocking news that Burberry were caught burning their surplus stock, and we want to make sure we don’t hear of it again. Retailers will hear from Adam Hall, Head of Sustainability at Surfdome and Internet Fusion Group about how they can make returns more sustainable. We’ll also be hearing from Robin Boles LVO, Chief Executive at In Kind Direct about how returned stock can be turned into charitable donations that make a huge impact on peoples lives.
After a busy day which is 100% focused on returns, guests can join ReBOUND and our event sponsors for a few beers at the bar! We strongly recommend you stick around to see the evening views of the London skyline if nothing else!
If you've received an invite, make sure you confirm your ticket quickly as 90% of tickets have now been snapped up!
